FAQ
The questions we hear most
Will our data be used to train the model?
No. By default Anthropic does not train on business customers' data, and we agree the scope of data access during the audit and put it in the contract.
Do we need our own Claude licence?
Not to start. The audit and the PoC require no purchase from you. For the rollout we advise on what is cheaper: a subscription, the API, or the model in your own cloud.
We run Microsoft 365 and Azure. Can this connect to that?
Yes — that is our default scenario. Identity from Entra ID, data where it already lives, integrations over MCP.
How long does a PoC take?
We scope it so the PoC answers the question quickly rather than filling a quarter. We give you a firm date after the audit.
What if it turns out AI won't help here?
We will say so plainly and show why. A "no" after the audit beats a rollout nobody uses.
Do we end up dependent on you?
No. The code, the documentation and the prompts are yours. Handover to your team is part of every rollout.
