Privacy policy
This document explains how we process the personal data of people using aiforces.pl, in particular of those submitting the contact form. Effective from [TODO: date]. The Polish version is the binding one in case of any discrepancy.
1. Data controller
The controller is [TODO: full legal entity name], [TODO: registered address], VAT ID [TODO], company register no. [TODO]. For data protection matters: kontakt@aiforces.pl.
2. What we collect
- Data you enter in the form: full name, company name, work email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data required to serve the request (IP address, browser type, request time) — processed in the hosting provider's logs.
We do not collect special categories of data; please do not include any in your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (the consent given when submitting the form) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for [TODO: e.g. 24 months] after the last contact and then deleted. If the enquiry leads to a contract, we process the data for the duration of that contract and for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
5. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers of technical services, strictly to the extent necessary to deliver them:
- Microsoft — site hosting and form handling (Azure Static Web Apps, region [TODO: e.g. West Europe]).
- [TODO: email / CRM provider, if used].
We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
[TODO: complete once the hosting region and email provider are chosen. If data stays in an EU region, state that explicitly. If a transfer occurs, state the safeguard, e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses.]
7. Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it,
- rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdrawal of consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
To exercise any of these, write to kontakt@aiforces.pl.
8. Is providing data required?
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer. Without an email address we have no way to reply.
9. Cookies and analytics
The site uses no tracking or marketing cookies and does not profile visitors. [TODO: if cookieless analytics such as Plausible or Umami is added, describe it here and state that it collects no personal data.]
10. Changes
